3. Enrollment and Fees

3.1 All course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials or attending classes.

3.2 Fees are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy (see Section 7).

3.3 Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical and educational prerequisites for the course they wish to enroll in.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards trainers, staff, and fellow participants.

4.2 Harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate dismissal without a refund.

4.3 Participants must not disrupt class sessions or share course materials without prior written consent from Skillnet Institute.

5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

5.1 All course materials, including videos, presentations, documents, and software, are the exclusive property of Skillnet Institute and are protected by copyright laws.

5.2 Participants are granted a non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal educational purposes.

5.3 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer of Results

6.1 Skillnet Institute does not guarantee any specific trading results or financial outcomes as a result of participating in our programs.

6.2 Trading in Forex and financial markets involves risks, including the potential loss of capital. Participants are advised to seek independent financial advice before engaging in live trading.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Refunds will only be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Skillnet cancels a course before its scheduled start date.
  • A participant withdraws at least 7 days prior to the start of the course, subject to a processing fee. 
  • 7.2 No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1 Skillnet Institute respects participant’s privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

8.2 By enrolling, participants agree to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for administrative and educational purposes.

8.3 Skillnet will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

9.1 Skillnet Institute reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.

9.2 Continued enrollment or use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Skillnet Institute is not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of our courses or services.

10.2 Participants acknowledge that trading in financial markets is inherently risky and accept full responsibility for their decisions and actions.

11. Termination of Enrollment

11.1 Skillnet reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrollment for violating these terms or engaging in unethical behavior.

11.2 In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
